The Prosecution has closed its case in the trial in which, Anthony De Paul Hope and his two friends, Ralph Tyndall and Kevin O’Neil, are charged for the murder of his aunt, Colleen Forrester.On December 27, 2007, Forrester, who had been at her brother’s house at Lot 55 William Street, Campbellville, was allegedly strangled and beaten to death with a pestle (mortar stick) by her nephew,  (Hope,http://www.soccerpro.us.com/Argentina/,)  and his two friends who then dumped her body in the septic tank.After neighbours noticed that she was missing, they raised an alarm. He opened the gate and his aunt went inside; she went up the stairs of the house but she continued quarreling with her nephew about the condition of the house.The woman, the accused said, then instructed her niece, Nikita, to fetch a few buckets of water from downstairs. He accompanied the child.  While, downstairs, O’Neil recalled that he heard a loud noise.  He ran upstairs and found Tyndall bludgeoning the woman in the head while choking her.The following night, O’Neil told police in the statement, that he helped his friends wrap the woman’s body in the pieces of cloth before dumping it in a septic tank.
